The summer workouts start Monday, June 18th-7:00-8:30 pm at the soccer fields.
Scheduled for Monday, Wednesday and Friday throughout the summer.
No activities July 2, 4 or 6.
This will be a combined workout, with both the boys and girls. We are going to focus on developing skills and working on conditioning as well.
