Lincoln Railsplitters Freshman fought back after falling down by six runs in the fourth inning. The comeback fell just short though, in a 10-8 defeat to Dexter Dreadnaughts Freshman on Thursday. Lincoln Railsplitters Freshman scored five runs in the failed comeback on a single by Collin O’Grady, a walk by Thomas Kerner, a walk by Michael Olivero, and a error.

Despite the loss, Lincoln Railsplitters Freshman did collect three hits in the high-scoring affair. Unfortunately, Dexter Dreadnaughts Freshman had six hits on the way to victory.
Lincoln Railsplitters Freshman got things moving in the first inning. Jackson Meyer singled on a 3-1 count, scoring one run.
